Si el parque ha estado abierto 3 horas o más desde la hora oficial de apertura publicada, la pulsera se da por disfrutada, aunque después llueva y aunque no se haya acudido.
La decisión de no abrir o de cerrar por lluvia corresponde a Family Park y se comunicará mediante una historia en sus redes sociales.

The wristband is valid for all attractions that can be used without an accompanying adult and includes Virtual Reality. It does not include Go-Karts.
If an accompanying adult is required, the adult must pay for their ride.
The wristband is personal and non-transferable and is valid until 1 hour before closing time.
If Family Park does not open due to rain, or closes due to rain before it has been open for 3 hours from the official opening time published on grupofamilypark.es, the wristband may only be used on the next day on which the park opens and remains open for at least 3 hours from its published official opening time.
If the park has been open for 3 hours or more from the published official opening time, the wristband will be considered used, even if it rains afterwards and even if the customer did not attend.
The decision not to open or to close due to rain is made by Family Park and will be communicated through a Story on its social media channels.
